• Cancellation submitted less than two (2) days before the arrival date will incur the first night charge.
• Cancellation submitted more than two (2) days before the arrival date will incur a Rs. 250 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in and Check-out time is 24 hours. Please provide your estimated arrival time at the hotel.
• Staying beyond 24 hours will incur additional charges as per hotel rules.
